I have been doing a lot of experimenting with cookies recently, and I still have yet to perfect my baked cookie recipe, but I thought I would share a guilt-free (almost) egg-less cookie dough! I know how tempting it is to just have a nibble at cookie dough whilst baking cookies (we’ve all done it) but with this cookie dough recipe, you won’t have to worry about eating those raw eggs!
1/4 cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons softened butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon milk
5 tablespoons flour
Handful of unsweetened chocolate chips
Mix together the brown sugar and softened butter until completely blended. Add the vanilla and the milk, and then finally mix in the flour and add the chocolate chips – the mixture should hold its position on the spoon without falling off once everything is blended together.
